Would have given it five stars if it had restroom facilities. A place that sells prepared foods and has sitdown eating areas should have bathroom facilities for its clients.

I love D&D! The food is great but the customer service is the best of any place in the city. Had a lovely convo with the bread lady who helped me figure out that I should take home a rosemary bread loaf. I then asked the cheese guy about the best cheese for the rosemary bread I had just purchased and he immediately gave me a cheese that knocked my socks off. 5/5!

I often order a soup or a coffee depending on the time of day. They have a great selection of various items, but let’s be honest, it is waaaaay overpriced. And I say that working on the upper east side, I am familiar with prices up here. This is just too much.

Bring a full wallet, and don't be too attached to your money. This place has some extraordinary items to make a special lunch or dinner, but it will cost mucho dinero. Deli items that are ready to eat are like double what I would pay in Minnesota, even at byerlys/Lund's.

Stopped here on my way to the MET. The salmon poke bowl is excellent. It took forever to get the latte...wsh there was more seating. I would go here every day if I lived on the upper east side.

A nice shop that isn't too crowded, offers samples and delicious food to take away. Check it out if you're in the UES.

Solid DeLuca, Good place to get what you need to have a picnic in the park. The service is excellent and it doesn't get too crazy crowded. Pro tip: Get a sandwich to share, they are big enough for two!
